Pants and Faux Fur Stole: Forever 21 // Shoes: DVF // Sweater: Marshall's 

I don't know why, but I am all about wearing matchy-matchy looks lately. This outfit started out with just the blush pants and sweater, and once I grabbed my faux fur stole for extra warmth, I knew my DVF pumps would be the perfect finishing touch for that added pop of color...oh yeah- and the bright lips and sock bun didn't hurt either! ;-)

Let's do this, Monday! 

Finally! A new outfit post-yay! I have been SO behind on blogging, but I promise that has come to an end. This long weekend couldn't have come at a better time to play catch up, and I am feeling very refreshed. 

When I saw these shoes at TJ Maxx a few weeks back, it was a "I'm not even trying these on, I have to have them" kind of moment--and the rest is history. They are comfortable, so fun and bright, and the little tassels just take them over the edge. I love how perfectly they added an extra pop of color against the plaid top. You know how I roll...the brighter the better! ;-)

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! I was able to just relax, run errands, and most importantly watch my 49er's WIN! I can't explain to you how stoked I am to have my team in the Superbowl! AH!

I wore this outfit a couple weeks back, and although boho is not usually my go-to style, I love how this came out. There is just something about tonal looks that I am currently loving (as seen here and here).

For the winter I am totally crushing on velvet. It brings a rich, luxurious vibe to a look and is perfect for adding texture to an otherwise simple outfit like this.  Paired with my new cap-toe heels that I have been on the hunt for for-ev-er, leopard clutch and a few sparkling accessories- I am definitely feeling winter-chic. Next on my list: velvet blazer.

Do you ever see a certain style of something and you just won't stop until you find something similar to satisfy your need? That is exactly what happened with these boots. After seeing this fly lady rock her Freebird boots, my search had begun, my Poshmark search that is! Realizing that these aren't exactly my style, I knew I wanted a more affordable option to act as a trendy piece vs. an investment piece...and it didn't hurt that I had Poshmark credit burning a hole in my virtual pocket. Lucky enough for me I came across these babies at only $30.00 and instantly hit the "buy now" button, and the rest is history.

I'm baccck! Sorry for the almost week long hiatus- last week had thrown for a loop between working late, and celebrating Poshmark's Birthday mid week. But I am back and finally debuting my new hair here on the blog!

I had been going back and forth with the idea to cut bangs again, and now that my hair finally has grown back out after chopping it all off two years back, I thought it was the perfect time to spice things up! I'm definitely one that likes to change up my hair and hadn't done so in over a year so it was  time for something new and fresh. While we are on the topic on new- how amaze are my new DVF pumps? I got them at the outlets a few months back and finally broke em out to wear and I am obsessed!

With a crazy busy week in full swing, (and I'm practically running out the front door) I have to make this post short and sweet! Just a casual and cozy look to keep me warm during the rainy, cold weather we've been having!

When I spotted these polka dot pants at Forever 21, I instantly knew they were coming home with me. I love the hunter green color, oversized dots, and I swear Forever 21 pants fit so perfectly! Worn with a little lace, leopard, and a pretty major bun? Yup- kind of obsessed.
