While I must admit, boho isn't my go-to style, I absolutely LOVE this look. Floucy dress, faux fur vest, wool hat? Yes, on so many levels. I felt so Rachel Zoe and might need to rock this style more in the future.

That's one thing I love about fashion, one day you can look like a boho babe and the next a preppy schoolgirl (yes that's totally a hint to another post coming soon). Have fun with your style, it's all up to you!

While most of you know this more 'boho' look isn't really my style, I love switching things up and trying things I normally wouldn't...and not going to lie--this outfit was super fun to wear (and perfect for a messy hair day). I did, however, get quite the stares at Starbucks and from some corporate folks near work, but I just held my hippie-esque head high and twirled along in this skirt. 

Lastly, while I seriously love the shoes in this post, they are just a wee bit too high for me so I decided to sell them! They deserve a better home, so shop for them in my Poshmark Closet!

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! I was able to just relax, run errands, and most importantly watch my 49er's WIN! I can't explain to you how stoked I am to have my team in the Superbowl! AH!

I wore this outfit a couple weeks back, and although boho is not usually my go-to style, I love how this came out. There is just something about tonal looks that I am currently loving (as seen here and here).

Happy Friday Friends! I am so excited to share this post with you because it is my very first style challenge! Last weekend I got together with some of my blogger ladies where we attended a clothing swap hosted by Lifecrowd which was SO fun! If you know me, and the company I work for (the one-of-a-kind insanely amazing iPhone app where you shop stylemates closets originALS-Poshmark) you better believe I love getting my hands on other fashionista's goodies (One man's trash is another mans treasure right?!)! So after mimosas and mingling, we were able to swap it like its hot- and good time was had by all! Check out some of the pics from the event here and here. 

Which I digress, I know, because the root of the Turban Style Challenge came about, because my long time pal, Meghan of "Voila!", scored a turban at the swap, which reminded me of this turban I scored thrifting years ago that I had never worn! Annnd it gets even better- Krystal of "This Time Tomorrow" Adiel of "It's Because I Think Too Much" , Rebecca of "Thirty Five Inch Inseam",and Kellen of "And So It Goes" are joining the fun! Because lets face it- turbans are not the easiest of things to wear, so this was a perfect opportunity to put our fashion styling skills to the test and just have fun with it! I decided to keep it simple and went with basic black shorts, crochet top and a sheer floral cardi and was feeling very 'bohemian gypsy'.
