Matchy-Matchy

Pants and Faux Fur Stole: Forever 21 // Shoes: DVF // Sweater: Marshall's

I don't know why, but I am all about wearing matchy-matchy looks lately. This outfit started out with just the blush pants and sweater, and once I grabbed my faux fur stole for extra warmth, I knew my DVF pumps would be the perfect finishing touch for that added pop of color...oh yeah- and the bright lips and sock bun didn't hurt either! ;-)

Let's do this, Monday!

Head-to-Toe Prints

Pants and Blouse: H&M // Shoes: Boutique 9 // Necklace and Cuff: Forever 21 // Belt: Target // Gold ring: Chloe Rose Boutique

When I saw these trousers at H&M I was instantly drawn to them, and you may remember seeing them here...but it was the moment I saw the matching blouse that I knew I needed it, and at some point I would have to wear them together... and here it is in all its glory! I know, I know, I somewhat resembled walking wallpaper, but in the best way possible, right? ;-)

A little hair update: I am saying farewell to my bangs. They were short lived and fun, but I came to the realization that I just don't have time to keep getting them trimmed. Oh well.

Hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

Blue Suede Shoes

Shirt: Marshall's // Shoes: Dolce Vita via TJ Maxx // Hat: H&M // Jacket: Forever 21 // Bag: Michael Kors via Poshmark

Finally! A new outfit post-yay! I have been SO behind on blogging, but I promise that has come to an end. This long weekend couldn't have come at a better time to play catch up, and I am feeling very refreshed.

When I saw these shoes at TJ Maxx a few weeks back, it was a "I'm not even trying these on, I have to have them" kind of moment--and the rest is history. They are comfortable, so fun and bright, and the little tassels just take them over the edge. I love how perfectly they added an extra pop of color against the plaid top. You know how I roll...the brighter the better! ;-)

Here's to a great (and short) week!

NYFW Day 1

Jeans and Necklace: Poshmark // T-shirt: Nordstrom // Blazer: Target // Boots: Charlotte Russe // Lipstick: Wet n Wild // Nail Polish: Zoya

Group shot with Jenna, Maria, Alix, Jess, & Jen--love these gals so much!
Whew! What a week it has been! I just got back to San Francisco late Sunday night from SUCH an amazing, inspiring, and oh-so-cold trip in New York (yes, we survived Nemo!). After almost three weeks of back to back traveling, I am glad to be home...for now. ;-)

The first day in New York was the Independent Fashion Blogger's Conference and I can't believe it's already been a week since--about time I did a post! Last year was my first conference, and I was so glad to be back to hear all the panels, speakers, and my favorite part- meeting up with some of my favorite blogging babes! Oh, and the fact that Tyson Beckford made an appearance didn't hurt- could he be any more gorgeous? I think not.

Considering Maria and I flew in the night before, to say we were a little exhausted the day of the conference is a total understatement, so I opted with a more casual outfit of my new favorite bf jeans, and a slouchy camo tee glammed up with a blazer and lucite necklace. However the rest of the week, I didn't feel so stylish- the snow got the best of this California gal and being warm definitely took precedence over being fashionable. I'll be posting about the rest of my trip throughout this week so stay tuned!

Leaving you with some fun gifs we made at the Alex and Ani booth!

Winter Brights

Top: H&M // Pants: Asos // Jacket: Zara // Boots: Poshmark // Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

Yay! A new outfit post! I know, I know- I haven't been able to blog much lately due to my travel schedule. If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you probably saw I just returned from Seattle, and am off to New York tomorrow for NYFW and IFBCon! As excited as I am, the cold weather is making me a little nervous. None of my coats were even close to being east coast worthy, so a little shopping was in order. #sorryimnotsorry

But, I have to make this quick as I am running out the door to work, and still have to unpack from Seattle and re-pack for a SUPER early flight tomorrow (yawn). So, I am leaving you with this colorful, fun look- and I think it's safe to say, I am officially obsessed with this beanie, definitely coming to NY with me.

If you will be in New York this week PLEASE let me know! I would love to meet up!
