Into the Darkness

Skirt: Target // Top: Express // Shoes: Charlotte Russe // Sunglasses: Karen Walker via Poshmark // Jacket: Old Navy // Lipstick: Wet n Wild // Necklace: Capwell c/o Style Says

With the weather just starting to show signs of fall, I've been more and more inclined to wear darker colors and make-up, hence this pretty dramatic look. My love of color is quite obvious, so I usually never wear all black, but there is something about it that really makes a statement.

Speaking of statements- how fabulous is this layered Capwell necklace from the lovely people over at Style Says? I'm honored to be one of their Featured Stylists, so please head on over, sign up, and follow and shop some serious style with me

Here's to a great week!

Rainy Day Style

Jeans: Forever 21 // Jacket: Old Navy // Boots: Marshall's // Pashmina: Bought in Israel // Umbrella: Target // Lipstick: Wet n Wild

Lately I have been waking up to rainy, cold, weather which has been putting my layering skills to the test (not to mention making it challenging to get out of bed to take my dog for a walk). So on this particular on again, off again rainy day I wanted to wear something comfortable enough to get around in the rain, but still have that fun flare- queue polka dot skinny jeans. These have definitely been a favorite of mine ever since purchasing and I know they will be so fun to style up for the spring too with contrasting bright colors (duh!).

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week getting ready for the holidays!

With a crazy busy week in full swing, (and I'm practically running out the front door) I have to make this post short and sweet! Just a casual and cozy look to keep me warm during the rainy, cold weather we've been having!

Happy Tuesday!

Blues & Greys

Skirt and Heels: Target // Cargo Jacket: Old Navy // Top: Forever 21 // Lipstick: Wet n Wild

Believe it or not, the weather in the Bay Area has been quite toasty! Although the bare legs and minimal layers are nice, I still am waiting to bundle up in boots, scarves and this fuzzy bad boy! ;-)

What are you looking forward to wearing this winter?

Easy Breezy

Dress: TJ Maxx // Cargo Jacket: Old Navy // Boots: Asos // Assorted Bracelets: Forever 21 & Vintage

Major apologies for the lack of posts lately-- Life is super crazy and won't be slowing down anytime soon! I just got back from my sister's Bachelorette Party in Palm Springs(SO fun), and now am packing up to leave for Miami tomorrow, so definitely a lot going on (AND not to mention my sister's WEDDING is in 3 weeks-#OMG!)!

I wore this outfit a couple weeks back when I was still in my glasses non-stop (Update: I went to my eye doctor who magically figured out what was wrong so I can wear my contacts again- yay!) And I just love the flirty floral dress toned down with cargo jacket and booties- you can tell this is my new go to considering I wore something similar to IFB Con here. It's a perfect balance of flirty fun with casual & comfy-definite win, win.

Thanks for sticking around and bearing with me during this chaotic month, you guys rock! <3

IFB Con {Day 2}

Dress: Topshop // Boots: Asos // Necklace: Forever 21 // Jacket: Old Navy

I bought this Topshop dress months and months and MONTHS ago while back in New York with work, and I have been waiting for the perfect occasion to wear it...so of course it was fitting to rock it when back in the big apple at day 2 of IFB Con! Because of how neontastical (yes, it's my new favorite word) it is, I wanted to keep everything else simple, and dress it down a bit, which is why I opted for the cargo jacket and booties. And yes- I wore these booties BOTH days of the conference and it was probably the best decision I have ever made, my feet were so grateful!

All in all, IFB Con was amazing, New York as always inspiring, and total side note- taking outfit pictures on the streets of Soho ROCKS--The backdrops you New York ladies makes me so jealous.
Until we meet again New York!

Back to reality...for now! I have 3 more trips coming up within the next month- one of which being my sisters wedding!! AH! :-D

Seeing Stars

Top: Forever 21 // Pants: Kohl's // Heels: Asos // Jacket: Old Navy // Necklace: Poshmark // Bracelet: HRH Collection

It's kind of hard to see, but these pants have the most adorable little star print all over and are oh-so-cute. It's funny because I found these at Kohl's, which I am usually not a huge fan of- but when I saw these for $15 bucks I had to have them! I have also been loving my cargo jacket I got in high school... pretty much over everything, it just adds that cool casualness to any look!

And lastly, let's talk about my bun- for some reason it came out huge this day! But what can I say..I like big buns and I cannot lie!

 ;-)  Happy Hump Day!
