I finally re-organized my closet for the fall season which means goodbye, sandals and hello, boots! I got these boots from Charlotte Russe last season and I know they are going to be another go-to for this year-- they are SO comfortable, and I love the burgundy color...which believe it or not goes with so many things (I kind of treat it as a neutral).  In additions to boots, I pulled out scarfs, beanies, and sweaters- excited for the weather to start cooling down, and for the holidays to start rolling in!

Sometimes you just want to feel like a badass, even you are the farthest thing from one, right?

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! Since I had no plans to crash anyone's Christmas this year, I spent some quality time with Tula.... I also baked, cleaned, did laundry, went on long walks--pretty darn relaxing actually! But I think everyone is still in holiday mode getting ready for NYE, so I thought I would share a simple, yet festive look with you all. I love anything with some sparkle (don't we all?!), so when I saw this glistening beauty at K-mart while doing some holiday shopping, I had to scoop it up--and at only $10--I got it in a basic black too! Paired with nude pumps, a studded bag and a red lip- perfect for happy hour with a friend! 

I guess it's safe to start my birthday countdown considering it is on SATURDAY! 3 days and counting...

 I hope you all had a great weekend and aren't too tired from the time change! I went through a drawer last week that I hadn't visited in quite some time and found these zipper leggings way in the back that I forgot I had! I love shopping my own closet, my wallet loves it too! I also stumbled upon some polka dot leggings that I remember almost giving away last year-good thing I didn't because you all know how much I am obsessed in love with anything spotted!
