Neons, Stripes, & Sequins

Jeans and Necklace: Poshmark // Tee: Old Navy // Blazer: Target // Bracelet: HRH Collection // Earrings: Ann Taylor // Shoes: Prabal Gurung for Target // Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

While in LA last week, I didn't get to do much shopping due to my luggage practically exceeding the 50 pound limit on the first leg of the trip- yes I am that much of an over packer. But my sister and I did get to quickly pop into Old Navy while having lunch at the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, and I must say Old Navy, is doin' it well. I easily could have scooped up multiple pairs of bright and printed jeans, pretty dresses, and t-shirts galore, but I managed to keep things to a minimum and went with this striped, sequin, neon tee-love love. I can see this being styled so many different ways for the warmer months to come!

Happy Thursday!

Four Eyed & Fabulous

Sweater: Old Navy // Blouse: Thrifted // Jeans: Forever 21 // Pumps: Boutique 9 // Bag: Kate Spade // Watch: Michael Kors // Gold Ring: Gorjana

Something you guys may not know about me is I am practically blind, and have been wearing glasses since the 1st grade and contacts since the 5th. My eyes are extremely sensitive and as much as I love contacts, my eyes get super irritated leaving me no choice but to rock my glasses. So if you see me wearing my glasses more than usual it's because I am trying to give my poor eyes a break from my contacts for a little bit.

At least my geek chic glasses work really well with this prepster kind of look, right? 8-)

Stripes and a Sock Bun

Jeans and Blazer and Bracelet: Forever21 // T-shirt: Old Navy // Loafers:  Asos // Necklace: Poshmark App // Bag: Kate Spade

This outfit incorporates a lot of my favorite things- bright colors in more than one place, stripes, and new and old purchases. This bag was actually the very first designer purse I bought back in college, and it definitely hasn't gotten any love recently, so I decided to bring it back out...especially to tone this outfit down. My newer purchases were my amazing new collar necklace that I found on Poshmark- I have been looking for a silver collar and this one is just so perfect! One other new purchase/discovery is my sock bun! I finally figured out how to master this hairstyle and let's just say it will be my go-to on lazy days! Obsessed!

Have you tried the sock bun? I am thinking of doing a DIY to share my current obsession!

The Perfect Blazer

Pants: Marshall's // Top: Old Navy // Blazer: Topshop // Shoes, Sunglasses and Assorted Bracelets: Target // Earrings: Forever 21

These red skinnies were the first pair of colored denim I ever bought, and they really don't get enough wearing since there is a lot more competition going on in my closet! I thought what better way to revive them, then to wear my new colorful floral tank and white blazer with them! But let me back up for one second, because I have been on the hunt for the perfect white blazer for forever quite some time, and while in New York, I was elated to find this one at Topshop...and I must say I have to stop myself from wearing it everyday- that's how obsessed in love I am!

I'm so excited to rock this blazer with some shorts and neon heels, over sweet sundresses, and of course more colored skinnies!

Happy Monday! <3

Hi friends! Going to make this post short and sweet as I am rushing to head out for work. Reason being, I just saw I was featured in the New York Times Style Section, got too excited, called my mom, bragged on social media, and here I am...

Just a casual outfit of blues, greens, polka dots and my new HRH necklace-yay!

Happy Dance

Skirt: Old Navy // Shirt, Necklace, and Neon Bangle: Forever 21 // Blazer: Ralph Lauren // Shoes: Charlotte Russe // Chain link bracelet: HRHC // Sunglasses: Ray Ban

Hi there and happy Friday!

This skirt may look familiar as I wore it to our LA Posh Party earlier in the month here, but I love it so much since I don't really own any other midi style skirts like it, and it needed some more TLC. I was trying to give it a more easy going and fun vibe by pairing it with a neon print graphic tee, chunky accessories and my black buckle booties, which I had a great time wearing- hence me twirling around!

There is no better day than Friday to to the Happy Dance though, right?! I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

Simple Maxi

Skirt and Earrings: Forever 21 // Top: H&M // Vest: Old Navy // Shoes: Charlotte Russe // Bracelets: Assorted Vintage Silver From My Grandma

I am not one to wear long dresses or skirts, but I do love the comfy-cool vibe this skirt gives off. And paired with a simple navy top, shearling vest, and stacked on bracelets, was an easy no-brainer look.

Happy Monday!

Florals, Lace and Glitter

Floral Tank: H&M // Lace Top: Forever21 // Skirt: TJMaxx // Denim Jacket: Nordstrom // Flower Pin: Charlotte Russe // Shoes: Old Navy // Sunglasses: Asos // Ring: Chloe Rose Boutique // Bangles: Forever 21, H&M, Swaovski

This is actually the outfit I wore on Valentine's Day last week that I never got around to posting (sowee). I knew I wanted to wear something feminine, but not the typical red or pink dress, so I opted for a fun printed skirt and layered a floral tank under this lace top and I really like the effect it gave. The subtle floral print just barely comes through the lace adding light pops of color, and of course with my glitter pumps and floral pin adds that extra girliness to the look.  Finished with my most festive bangles and fave denim blazer, I was definitely dressed for a nice night with my boyfriend...and not to mention this was a boyfriend approved outfit, which is always a win! :-)

Happy Thursday friends!

Sparkletastic

Sweater: Old Navy Shoes: Old Navy ($7!) Jeans: Joe's Watch: Michael Kors

I warned you all that I love a good deal, and these shoes were just that! I got these sparkletastic pumps at Old Navy over the weekend for just $7.00- can you believe that?! Needless to say I was a happy girl and couldn't wait to wear them with my also new and $7.00 sweater- Score!

Is anyone else noticing Old Navy stepping up their style game?
