Even though fall is upon us, the California girl in me never lets go of the bright colors and prints, case in point with this look. I have had a thing for skirts lately and this daisy print pencil skirt was a must-have for me. I love a floral print, but I loved that this one is in a simple black and white print. Also, I think red and turquoise is my new favorite color combo- so fun and punchy!

I don't own very many maxi dresses, but I definitely think I should invest in a few more. They are comfortable, chic, and can be worn so many ways for day or night. I love the citrusy color of this one and kept it simple with a denim jacket and some sandals for brunch in the city with my SF blogger friends- easy peezy!

 These Zara heels are my favorite shoes (shocker) and instantly just put me in a damn good mood.  Nothing starts my week better than insanely bright colors and a huge cup of coffee.

"Florals? For Spring? Ground breaking."--The Devil Wears Prada

 Ground breaking or not, I still don't think I'll ever get sick of wearing florals--especially this time of year! I recently snagged this dress on Asos and had fun mixing prints with these polka dot wedges, sassy earrings and my go-to denim jacket. I just know this dress is going to be in heavy rotation all summer long.

I don't know about you, but I am kind of loving all things tie dye for spring, so when I saw these pants on my last quick Target run, I knew I had to have them! I love the subtle purple and white combo, and paired with a pop of neon at the belt and denim jacket is spring time perfection. I am also going to be wearing these white and metallic sandals and hat all summer long. 

These pants also sparked some DIY inspiration in me, and I feel a nail art session coming up very soon!

Like I mentioned before here, I never was into maxi's, but I definitely am loving them more and more!  I scored this one at TJ Maxx and love the fun floral print and sheerness...definitely going to be worn all summer long!
