I've been on a major shorts kick lately. From casual cutoffs to more dressy versions like this flowy printed pair- I just can't get enough! I scored these on major sale when I was on my vacation in New Jersey for about $15 and just love cute little parrot print. 

It's a promise that these will be coming back into the rotation at least one more time before summer is officially over....speaking of, is it seriously September in a few days? WHAT. 

The fact that I can still wear this kind of outfit during summer is definitely one of the reasons I love California. With brisk, and sometimes overcast mornings, a light jacket is definitely needed to head out the door to work, but once the afternoon hits, the sun is shining...and so is my sweating face. HA. #notcute

That's why I've been gravitating towards fuss-free outfits that work for the chilly mornings AND toasty afternoons- hence simple skinny jeans, flowy blouse and fun heels. Speaking of heels- I just scored this neon/neutral Aldo pair off Poshmark practically brand new for $35. Winning!
