Rainy Day Style

Lately I have been waking up to rainy, cold, weather which has been putting my layering skills to the test (not to mention making it challenging to get out of bed to take my dog for a walk). So on this particular on again, off again rainy day I wanted to wear something comfortable enough to get around in the rain, but still have that fun flare- queue polka dot skinny jeans. These have definitely been a favorite of mine ever since purchasing and I know they will be so fun to style up for the spring too with contrasting bright colors (duh!).

Driving in Style: Chevy Spark

Hi friends! Today I have a little bit of a different type of post! If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you may have seen the awesome folks over at General Motors lent me the new Chevy Spark for the week! And it wasn't just any Chevy Spark- the Jalapeno Green Chevy Spark- how perfect right?! My love of color definitely goes beyond my wardrobe- one of my first cars was actually bright yellow, so driving this around made me oh-so-happy.

There was so much to love besides the color of this car, the compact size made it easy to maneuver, fully equipped with On Star (used to make some calls while stuck in traffic), color touch screen with MyLink radio & USB port, and one of my favorites- seat warmers (I know, I know- most cars have this but none that I have ever owned). Last week when I happened to have the Spark, it was pouring rain and I felt nothing but safe driving around.

Here are a few more pictures of my week with my nugget (my friends and I had many nicknames for it-it was just too cute).

I never realized how much neon green I owned until I started driving the Spark!

I naturally offered to drive my Poshmark ladies to lunch- plenty of space for all four of us!

All in all I was sad to say goodbye to the Spark! Thank you again to the whole General Motors team for letting me cruise around in style all week long!

New Do'

I'm baccck! Sorry for the almost week long hiatus- last week had thrown for a loop between working late, and celebrating Poshmark's Birthday mid week. But I am back and finally debuting my new hair here on the blog!

I had been going back and forth with the idea to cut bangs again, and now that my hair finally has grown back out after chopping it all off two years back, I thought it was the perfect time to spice things up! I'm definitely one that likes to change up my hair and hadn't done so in over a year so it was time for something new and fresh. While we are on the topic on new- how amaze are my new DVF pumps? I got them at the outlets a few months back and finally broke em out to wear and I am obsessed!
