Fur and Fancy Pants

This outfit not only kept me warm and cozy during our first day of lower temps and rain yesterday (hello, big ass hair), but it was super fun to wear! I love a good faux fur vest, and paired with a chambray top, classic pumps and some fancy pants is the way to go for an easy look that packs a lot of punch! 

Lastly, how amazing did the photos turn out? Big shout out to Kate for letting me try out her fabulous new lens! XO!

Lately it seems like all I want to wear are big cozy sweaters...who's with me? This one in particular I stole borrowed from my mom and if I could wear it everyday I would. I especially love dressing it up with unexpected pieces like this metallic skirt and pumps which gives it that total glam factor. Dressed up or down, I know I'll be wearing this sweater all winter long.

A new outfit post? Yay! Finally! I know, I know I am so sorry for the lack of posts here on the blog, but I still feel like I have been playing catch up from my trips. But, alas! After this much needed relaxing weekend I am a little bit more caught up and can share some new things with you! I wore this on Day 2 of LuckyFABB, we were able to sneak outside for a few photos during lunch, and let me tell ya-- taking photos in times Square is definitely an experience!

First up is my new hair! You may have seen it on my Instagram, but I went ombre and love it! I was looking for an easy way to add some much needed sass to my look, but didn't want to cut my hair and I am so happy with it. Everyone needs a little change here and there, right?! Next is my Heisenberg tee! Most of you know how obsessed I am with all things Breaking Bad, so this shirt was a total must have. I love the casual tee dressed up with the skirt, heels and colorful sunnies!

After traveling back to back for the past two weeks, I am finally home and able to get back in the swing of things, yay! I most recently returned from New York where I attended the Lucky Magazine Fashion and Beauty Bloggers Conference aka LuckyFABB and it truly was an amazing and inspiring time! From Eva Mendes taking the stage and giving us an impromptu hair scarf tutorial, to seeing new and old blogger babes, the short and sweet trip was so much fun.

49er Fashion

One of my favorite things to do during the football and hockey seasons is incorporate my favorite sports gear into my outfits. While I love rocking a laid back jersey and jeans, I think it's more fun to put together a fun, stylish, and unexpected look--hence my 49er tee paired with this tribal skirt. I actually bought this skirt over a month ago and while I absolutely love it, I never reached for it to wear...until this day. I knew I wanted to wear a skirt with this tee, so when I put these two together I instantly fell in love. The vintagey vibe of the shirt with the tribal print worked so well, finished with edgy jacket and boots, I was ready to represent! 

How 'bout the game yesterday? WOOP.
