Life works in crazy ways. I was in LA for work one minute, and the next I was flying across the country to be with my family. I won't get into it on this post, but this past week has been so emotionally and physically exhausting that I just have to keep a smile on my face and stay positive. Smiles are always better with a little red lipstick, too don't ya think?

Lately, I have been gravitating wearing more skirts then pants. I keep finding these super fun gems (mostly on Asos) so I just can't resist! This asymmetrical skirt caught my eye and I love the colorblocking- it will be great for summer for a night out on the town all the way through fall with a cozy sweater. 

On another note-- I'm going to Bali and Thailand in May! I haven't taken a big trip like this probably since high school, so it is MUCH needed. More on this soon, but if you have any recommendations for
